Post by Colin B.Post by IncognitoPost by KPost by IncognitoSo, what happened? Did they put him/her in the middle and all started
yelling at him at the same time? Or did they just took turns? For the
whole lot to be branded with the same label, something serious is
happening down there!
If one instructor is yelling, it's indicitive of a corporate culture that allows yelling at the clients. So there is reason to think that more than one instructor yells, and if not, at least that a certain instructor probably yells a lot. But more than likely, more than one of them yells, because they know they can get away with it.
Stupidest thing I heard today. But I guess the day isn't over yet.
Put it in simpler terms, and it makes sense.
If one guy yells at his students and hasn't got his ass fired, then the
company doesn't deserve your business.
This isn't was I'm contesting. It was the original comment that
stated, don't go there because their instructors yell at the students.
Just like you can get a bad haircut or bad service from a rude
waitress, you can get bad instruction. The difference, is that in this
case it's an individual, not the business itself. Yes, someone who
does not work for the best interest of the company can get fired. But
this isn't the point. The point is that you cannot paint everyone with
the same brush.
As to whether the company deserves your business after a bad
experience, it's totally up to you. You can recommend that a business
not be frequented because of a bad experience, which is totaly
different from saying, don't go there because every employee is
associated with a bad experience.
As I said, the day wasn't over. Still isn't.
